Glenn County

The Glenn County Human Resource Agency is a full service provider of programs for current and former foster youth.

The Independent Living Skills classes (ILP) are offered the first and last Monday of every month, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Orland Family Resource Center, located at 902 6th Street in Orland.  The last Monday of the month is for juniors and seniors only.

The California Youth Connection chapter of Glenn County (CYC) meets the 2nd and 3rd Monday of each month, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Orland Human Resource Agency, located at 604 E. Walker Street in Orland.
