Networking

One of the most popular ways to find a job is through networking. Networking is making connections and communicating with people. It's an effective way to find work and develop your career.

The network you build during your job search will not only prove beneficial in finding available jobs, but will also prove very beneficial to both you and your new employer in the future. People are often recruited to a company because of their good connections.

While you are networking you should be prepared to ask everyone you know whether they are aware of any suitable vacancies. You may hear about a job that is becoming available and be among the first to apply.
