First Aid

First AidWould you know how to cope in a medical emergency? Well you should because statistics show that people aged 15-24 are more likely than other age groups to be injured, whether on the road, at work, or at home. By having some first aid knowledge you can have a major impact to the successful outcome of a medical emergency. To learn really important first aid, like cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), you should attend a first aid course. There are many places to sign up for local CPR courses, just check the phonebook or call your nearest hospital or emergency care facility to see what classes are available.
