This guide lists crisis intervention agencies that may be able to provide valuable assistance to you in changing or altering many crisis situations. Domestic violence, rape, suicide, kidnapping, child and/or spouse abuse are some examples or crises. Specifically, domestic violence refers to an act of assault or aggression by one or more family members toward another person within you immediate or extended family. These toll-free phone numbers are all national in scope for the U.S.
